Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes within the corporate gifting manufacturing environment. This pivotal role involves coordinating the flow of goods from raw material procurement to the timely delivery of finished, often personalized, products to our clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Coordinate with procurement managers to source necessary raw materials and components, ensuring a continuous supply for production requirements. Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to secure quality and cost-effective deals.

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or shortages. Manage daily stock entries, assist in regular stock reconciliation, and coordinate warehouse operations for timely and accurate order dispatch.

• Logistics & Distribution: Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure timely product delivery. Prepare necessary documentation for shipments (e.g., E-way bills, stock transfer notes) and track products from origin to destination.

• Operations & Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics (KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rates) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and resolve any supply chain issues or delays.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Production, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to forecast demand, align supply chain activities with business goals, and support new product development initiatives.

• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant guidelines, regulations, and company policies. Monitor market trends and potential risks, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions.

Required Qualifications and Skills​

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role, preferably within a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and an analytical, data-driven mindset.

  • Understanding of inventory management systems and methodologies.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
