Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. This role requires handling multiple responsibilities, supporting different departments, and maintaining an efficient and well-coordinated work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for multi-tasking across administrative, coordination, and basic operational activities, contributing to overall productivity and team support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities

Handle calls, emails, and internal communication

Maintain and organize documents, records, and files

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Support HR and accounts-related basic tasks (attendance, data entry, invoice follow-ups)

Assist in purchase coordination and inventory tracking

Schedule meetings and manage calendars and appointments

Ensure proper office maintenance and supplies management

Handle courier, dispatch, and logistics coordination

Provide general administrative support to management and team members

Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
