Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes within the corporate gifting manufacturing environment. This pivotal role involves coordinating the flow of goods from raw material procurement to the timely delivery of finished, often personalized, products to our clients. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling

• Promote the company’s manufactured corporate gifting products (customized gifts, promotional merchandise, bulk gifting solutions, etc.)

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sample demonstrations

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with production/design teams for customized solutions

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports

• Good understanding of B2B sales and corporate client handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales (preferably in corporate gifting, printing, manufacturing, advertising, or promotional products)

• Valid driving license (if required for field travel)
